Juridical Analysis of Hospital Liability for Actions of Doctors Performing Medical Malpractice

Legally the Hospital has responsibility for negligence committed by its health workers. The criminal acts of malpractice is currently in spotlight because legal rules governing it are still unclear. This regulations regarding qualifications not clearly stated rules. purpose this research to analyze hospital actions doctors who commit malpractice. Using a normative juridical method with statute approach, namely examining all laws and related issues be discussed. results analysis show that based on Law No. 44 2009 concerning Hospitals, hospitals have if their medical members proven negligence.
